Keeping your site and its design up to date is important. If you sign up for a maintenance contract, I will be on hand for a set amount of hours every month/week to work on your site.

3, 6 and 12 month reviews
This is a brief review of how your site is working for you. This is normal a review of the site traffic and a conversation with you to see how things are going and plan any alterations, if needed.
Training
Any of the CMS (Content Management System) will need brief training in so you can get the best from them. It might also be advantageous to have additional training in basic SEO, (Search Engine Optimization) ,HTML Coding, Social Networks or Photoshop.
Full diagnosis of your website needs
The internet is a minefield of information. You need someone to help you understand what is needed for your business. My aim is to give straightforward advice and assist you in what is needed or not needed as part of that. For example if you are a plumber you don’t need a full ecommerce system. Not all large companies need a social network present or to spend thousands of pounds on Google Ad- words. I’m not a salesman and never will be, so I don’t try. I just want to build partnerships with my clients so they will come back to me or pass my name on.
How to pay?
You will be invoiced at agreed milestones, this will vary dependant on the project. Invoices will be emailed and can be paid by paypal, credit card (via PayPal) and cheque. There will an initial payment that will be made before work starts. If this payment is not cleared for the scheduled start, work will not commence.
The prices above are based on my experience and commitment to the work. All work is fully specified and scheduled by the day. As a customer, you will have to be contactable over this period so the work can be completed with the in the allotted agreed schedule. If work exceeds the scheduled period, there will be amendments to the project agreement. If at any point the specification or schedule is extended the project agreement will be updated.
